On 11-12-11 at 6pm the torch was passed from New York to Virginia as part of the DC40 prayer mobilization. Virginia is called the "Root Covenant State". Please pray over Virginia AND DC to return to covenant with the Lord and for the people of God to be people of covenant, people of integrity and keepers of their word as well. BLESSINGS!!!!!!!
